…nor has mine

But the dollar amount is so longgggg! Ex: $$$$.98387373730304958373
Do you know what I’m talking about, sleep muse? I feel like it’s a technical error too. lol

Well that’s discouraging! My transitional funding status hasn’t changed I’d take that as a very good sign for those of you whose status has changed though…I mean why go through the process of figuring out how much to give you if they’re not going to accept you? But, then again, it could be that they just haven’t gotten to ours and everyone’s will eventually changed…who knows. I’m thinking more along the lines of my former thoughts though…that it’s a good sign for you and a bad one for me Bummer. Now I really can’t focus on anything as I await my fate.

It says my transitional funding is under review…does it say that for you guys, too?

mine does…

I never gave them my forms… so mine has no change

Yeah, mine has said that since I submitted my information. It says “Under Review” and then it says underneath that that they have not yet reviewed the information. Hmmm…I am just going to tell myself that it means they just haven’t gotten around to reviewing my information yet…when did you guys notice your status change? When was the last time you looked at it and saw that it was “under review” and when did it change to having a sum amount? <<–for those who have had a status change…

At 3.30 I got a call from a strange number I didn’t recognize and nearly peed my pants because I thought it was a recruiter. Alas, it was a telemarketer. Biggest letdown ever? You bet.

Still keeping my fingers crossed for everyone! I hope they tell us soon!!!

Hey all, just gotta say good luck to us all! We can make it through today! my trans funding was updated sometime yesterday, I think, and I too have the super long decimal chain! I was pretty excited to see it, but I clamped down on that hard; don’t want to be too crestfallen, ya know? For everyone else, remember that tfa stresses how admissions is separate from other aspects of your application, so no update is probably not a bad sign. They have so MANY applicants, I imagine they are also going crazy today! Myself, I’m off to the gym to burn off some of this crazy anxiety energy! Good luck all!

Well, if I get in I will be SUPER happy, but as of right now I’m thinking the transitional funding status is a good indicator of who is going to be accepted and who will not be. Mainly because of this website below where a guy talks about having his transitional status changed prior to notification day and he was accepted-yet his friend’s status never changed and he wasn’t accepted. Hopefully it was just a bad coincidence but now I’m telling myself I didn’t get in…this way if I did get in I will be SUPER excited, but if I didn’t it won’t be too much of a disappointment…

my funding previously said started and now it says started but it’s no longer a link. good or bad?

Hi Everyone,

My funding status changed as well, and I’m getting about $2,500. It says it is calculated based on your financial need and your assigned region… I’m hoping that means good news!!

Oh my God, who knows??? It’s maddening.

Has anyone been contacted or knows anyone that has? I know in previous rounds people found out starting as early as noon! So I was just wondering = )

Lol, we are all analyzing our status’ now…ugh, this process is killing me! Traveling, I don’t know what you mean by a link, but I’m taking any change in the status as a good sign for now…even for me because it sounds like your status is currently undergoing a transition to a new status which possibly means my status still has the opportunity to change…ha! See how much I’m overanalyzing this? Imagine what my mind was doing immediately after the final interview!
No, but seriously, we need to forget the transitional funding statuses for now because it will only make us more anxious (easier said than done, right). Seriously though, I’m getting off of the computer!

Has anyone got any email yet?

not yet…

Kaya, mine looks very much like yours. Some huge number. And yes it did change very recently because I checked it earlier this morning and it didn’t have a dollar amount…oh jeeeeeeze…I hope this is good, but it probably means nothing.

nothing here either =/ I didn’t apply for transitional funding…so I have no way of even guessing…just gotta wait it out I guess. This waiting is agonizing!

I agree, I’m checking email and status every 5-10 mins. This is agonizing lol
