Me too. My fiance’ and I applied together - and his TF status hasn’t been changed either. I’m hoping that’s part of it, that we are special circumstances & that he sent his in late! Of course ! Womp.

But this time tomorrow, we will be drinking… either way :)

@DreaminTFA15 YES to the DRINKS! I have my bottles at home and I’m going to haunted house tomorrow either to celebrate or take my mind off things! Good luck to u and your fiance’ I hope you both get accepted!

Oh my gosh I hate this feeling. I’ll be fine one minute then the next I’ll remember tomorrow’s decision and start freaking out! Today has felt like the longest day of my life!!!

I say just relax with friends and have a few beers beforehand - then if you get rejected you’ll still be having a good time and if you get accepted you can just party harder (and if you want party harder if you’re rejected lol). Definitely be with other people - you don’t have to tell them you’re about to get the decision either, just casually check then tell everyone you got accepted and if rejected it’s your choice. In any case, there are a plethora of options aside from TFA - they make it especially stressful because the process takes so long but there are so many other organizations and companies out there. Peace Corps, the Fulbright Program, NYC Teaching Fellows, TNTP, normal private/public schools looking to hire teachers, and tons more.

Just finished the spreadsheet! I’m sending you ALL virtual hugs tonight from Virginia. As cliche as it sounds, to even make it this far is a huge accomplishment. Can’t wait for tomorrow! <:-P

@blakej8 I had the same idea. I put on a carnival at my school today and have a flight tomorrow to Chicago to keep me busy. I planned both months ago just because I knew I’d be freaking out at this time. So far its working!!!

Hey! this is my first time posting. but along with everyone else I’m stressing about tomorrow. Plus, I don’t have anything to occupy my time tomorrow but this. Good luck to everyone!

Just saw the new Brad Pitt movie, Fury, to occupy my time. It was awesome to say the least and very intense. Definitely got my mind off of notification day for a little while.

I think last year it was around 8am that they began updating TF statuses to complete, so hopefully only a few more hours until we hear something!
