No difference in source code for me. My code also says “FINALEVAL”
Did anyone else just get an email from transitional funding saying they’ve been accepted?? I got an email congratulating me on my acceptance but nothing is updated on my portal… really hope they are not faking me out lol
I got that email too. But I was told that everyone gets that email.
I hope it is a good sign, but not if everyone gets that email.

I’m also waiting for my result Monday. Hoping to get Eastern NC.
I completed my application for transition funding but did not receive the email that I’ve been accepted. My portal still says my documents have been submitted and have not been reviewed.
I would be worried by this - however, I just got an email from my recruiter saying she wants to meet with me next week on Tuesday or Wednesday to “check in either way.” The email doesn’t give any definitive answer but says things like
"If you are accepted to join the corps, you will also hear from your specific region. Plan to speak with your regional caller early next week as well, and you’ll hear from me throughout the week. "
“Additionally, if you are accepted to join the corps, I would love to share some resources with your parents/family to help them learn more about Teach For America. What would be the best mailing address to send this to your family? Please reply with this information by Monday (10/28), so that I can prepare and send the package next week.”
Sounds pretty promising?? Hard to believe that recruiters would meet with applicants who aren’t accepted the day after decisions are released…

@TFA0128 I did not apply for transitional funding and I did not get an email.
My recruiter just confirmed that the email was sent on accident and that I am accepted! I don’t have any other details though about whether that means everyone who got it is accepted. fingers crossed for all of you <3 I want to know my placement now lol since that will determine if I’ll accept.

I wish my recruiter told me that I was accepted and that I was sent the email on accident… lucky you 
I guess I will just have to wait until the 28th like everyone else.
I really thought that the email meant I was accepted… it will just make it that much more disappointing if I am not accepted.

@tfa0020 Good luck to you. It looks like in the past, the people who got accepted didn’t get the email early. Just a few more days of waiting.

My new recruiter is the one who I messaged for more info. He told me that the email was sent by accident and that I will get the official details Monday, but that I have been accepted.
And I just got an email from TFA as well. It says that the message was sent in error, and that they are still working to finalize region and subject assignments. They said that not everyone who was accepted has gotten an email yet (which is good news for those who haven’t) but I think everyone who did get an email is accepted… they didn’t say that necessarily but they implied it (“confirming what TFA transitional funding has shared”). So hopefully we will all be celebrating more on Monday!
