This maybe kind of long, but I messed up and Im stressing.

I'm a senior in high school before my winter break I requested a teacher recommendation from my math and humanities teacher. I gave them envelopes for each college So all they have to do is write the recommendation and send it to the colleges. Now here is were I'm stressing. I forgot to look at all my colleges to see if they had a certain form to fill out. Basically half my school have their own form. Also for some of the schools I put the main address not the Administration address.

After this i feel like a total idiot for not checking before. But anyway I have no clue what to do. I've tried contacting my teachers but no luck with that. Also if they did send it already and a college happens to get the common application teacher evaluation form and they have their own, will they just deny my whole application?

First, take a deep breath and don't worry; you're going to get through this ok, as long as you get your part of the application in on time.

Now, what's the worst that will happen at the colleges you're applying to: After sorting through all the applications and supporting forms from everyone who applied, they will contact you and say that your application is "incomplete" because it's missing the necessary teacher recommendations. And they'll ask you to get the recommendations in as soon as possible. They will not reject your application outright; they want your application.

As to supplying the main address rather than the Admissions address -- it will take longer for the recommendations to get where they belong, but they'll get there. But if they're the wrong forms anyway, your best course of action is probably to contact your teachers as soon as you get back to school, explain about the special forms for your colleges, apologize profusely for any inconvenience to them, and ask them if they'd please fill out the new forms -- which you happen to have right on hand, with the pre-addressed stamped envelopes ready to go.

And for right now, here's my best advice to you... finish your applications, then take some time to celebrate the New Year -- your last ever as a high school student -- then relax and rest up to finish strong in the spring!
