Teacher put wrong school name in letter of recommendation

Ok, so I applied to the University of Wisconsin-Madison and the University of Michigan. My AP Physics teacher wrote me letter for both. One was supposed to be specifically tailored for UMich, and the other just a general letter of rec for UW. He sent me the documents today of the letters he sent, and I don't think he realizes it, but he sent both schools the UMich one (the only difference being in the UMich one he mentions he's an alma matter, and in the UW he just mentions I would love to shadow a doctor from UMich). UW Madison isn't my first or second choice school, and I already was accepted into my second choice school (UMich being my first).

Has anyone ever had this experience before? I wanna hear some good stories. Luckily, this doesn't really phase me.

1) Since you aren’t planning to attend UW it really doesn’t matter 2) The school shouldn’t blame you for your teacher’s mistake. In fact I’ve heard admissions officer say that every year they get student essays that get their school’s name wrong
