<p>My question is that when I give my teachers the recommendation forms with the stamped enveloped and addresses written on them, should I use the address given on CommonApp? On commonapp if you click on the additional/more info link for the college it gives the "college address". However, my teachers should send the recommendations to the admissions office and not the the college address, right? So should I get the addresses for the envelopes off the respective college websites and not commonapp?</p>
<p>You can add them when you fill out the common app and your teachers/guidance counselor can submit their recommendations electronically</p>
<p>Easier than that would be to fill in your teacher’s email so Common App can send them an invitation to an online form to fill out your recommendations.</p>
<p>I’m also a supporter of the electronic method, but if you must kill a tree, use the admissions office address :P</p>
<p>S had trouble submitting app because it said teacher rec invitations were not complete. He’d printed out paper rec forms. It took him some time to figure out what was wrong and then more time to process the rec invitation and email teachers, who’d already mailed in recs, to disregard.</p>
