Teacher recommendations

<p>Hey! I'm gonna apply to some American colleges this year but I'm from Poland and my teachers aren't familiar with the forms needed during application. Therefore, when I go to 2 of them to ask them about writing recommendation letters for me, then I'll have to explain them what they should look like. The problem is, I don't know how they should be written properly. Have you got any ideas where I can find some good samples of recommendation letters? What should my teachers include in them? </p>
