The professor I have has been teaching us things that are totally wrong. First he had a lecture on religion and he bashed the Catholic religion he basically said that we had bones in our churches of saints and worship them. We do not. He also stated he wanted to dig up saint peters bones to see what made him holy. Before he started this lecture he told us we couldnt bring anything up to him because he was saying stuff based on fact. He also said that the catholic church went door to door like the jahovas which we also dont.

Second thing hes done is he said that the holocast wasnt genoside that it was a forced mass migration.

Third thing he did when talking about nationality was he brought up how we were all US citizens except the two guys next to me. Saying "Well, except you two" which upset the students, they have said they were from cuba but moved here when they were children. They honestly threw their pens on the table when he said that.

He also brings up multiple times how he hates our state and only moved here from the job. I was wondering what could you do in a situation where the professor is insulting students and forcing you to learn material that is totally false.

I have been in catholic school since I was a kid. We even had a priest show us that it wasnt true cause one of my classmates was crying cause someone had told him we had bones in our churches and stuff from dead saints. Like I’ve said before not all churches have this.

Its a community college in New Mexico. Central New Mexico Community College. They have a deal with UNM (my parent school) where theyll take some of the student like over fill and teach them at their school but it goes under like you went to UNM not CNM

This guy is way out of line. I’d round up some friends (maybe your Cuban classmates that he insulted) and bring this to the attention of the higher-ups.
