Teacher Wrote Wrong Name

One of my teachers who I am really close with wrote one of my letters of recommendation. When she gave it to me it to use for a different app, she told me to read it over for errors. Well while reading it, she wrote another student's name at the end when stating to contact her for any more information >.<. When I told her, she assured me she corrected it when she submitted it to the common app, and the one she showed me was the old copy. I'm not sure, however, since I have a weird feeling she just said that so I won't flip out. If she did actually wrote another student's name, how will colleges look at that? Can that hurt me in any way? I'm pretty sure I am overreacting, so reassurance would be great. Thanks.
