Technology at OU

<p>So DW wants to know if there are any technology needs for an incoming student at OU. PC, phone, etc. We are likely to buy S1 some 'gear' for graduation, but she wants to know if any particular type or OS is better for use with the current campus technology. </p>

<p>Whenhen? Any thoughts on what he may need?</p>

<p>A decent laptop and a smartphone should suffice. If he wants to do engineering or CS, he should check with the department to see what they recommend. Keep in mind that OU has a number of high powered desktops for modeling/ advanced engineering math courses. </p>
