Tell me about dorms...

I think it might be $180 for the semester ....
ND will send that information to you in the packet you will get late summer- but , it is easily overlooked because there you will receive so much info.

I LOVE the inter-dorm rivalries... one of the things Im most looking forward to

The laundry service is unnecessary in my opinion. But, then again, I've been doing my own laundry since the beginning of high school, so its not a big deal. The worst part is dragging your laundry up and down the stairs. Anyway, if you choose to do your own laundry, you can use your Domer Dollars for the machines. It's actually cheaper than if you use quarters (25 cents cheaper per load). However, I reccommend keeping a roll of quarters on hand just in case the card swiper goes offline. That has happened once in the laundry room this year and several times on the vending machines in Walsh.

Also, you're technically not supposed to have anything that generates heat, but I would definitely suggest bringing a hot pot.

sorry, this probably sounds stupid, but what is a hot pot? is it like a crock pot?

No, a hot put is just a pot that heats up water so you can make Easy-Mac or ramen noodles or other such staples of a college student's diet.

ohh k thanks
