Term Change Requests

<p>When D submitted her request to change terms from Spring to Summer, they said they wouldn't start looking at them until after May 1 when they know exactly how many people decided to come to UF and how much space they have in each term.</p>

<p>Someone posted yesterday they got their request granted to change from Summer to Fall. If you also requested a term change, please post when you do hear back from admissions and whether your request was granted or denied.</p>

<p>We have heard nothing yet.</p>

<p>I just logged in to view my D’s status and it said “Congratulations on your admission to UF’s 2009 Summer B freshman class.” Up until mid-morning since February, it was Spring 2010.</p>

<p>This is so exciting! Now I guess all parts of the system have not updated because I can’t sign her up for Preview yet. Hopefully we can soon.</p>

<p>WooHoo! They accepted my term change request from Spring 2010 to Fall 2009. Haven’t received an email yet but the online site says </p>

<p>“Congratulations! After a careful and thorough review of your academic record, you have been admitted to the 2009 Fall University of Florida freshman class!” </p>

<p>This is great! I thought I wouldn’t get accepted because I sent in my request pretty late…</p>

<p>I just cheked my status (beenc heking DAILY) and it says im now in for Fall instead of SPRING</p>

<p>So we’re 3 for 3. Congrats everyone. They said it’ll be a day or two before you can sign up for Preview when all the systems get updated.</p>

<p>YES!!! Term request change granted. I asked for Fall OR Summer, and they changed it to Fall 09. Thank God!!! Congrats to everyone!! Submitting deposit right now!!!</p>

<p>Lucky timing since I asked for a term request only the day before.</p>

<p>Has anyone who was changed from Spring to Summer or Fall yesterday been able to log into the Gatorzone for the football ticket lottery yet?</p>

<p>^ Can you please give me the link for that? I can’t find it. And also, how do you sign up preview? Should I just call or can you do it online?</p>

<p>we emailed a one page request telling them why we need a term change request. They said they were gonna start looking at it May 1st so it might be too late to turn in now but you never know.</p>

<p>Well it took a week, but the Gatorlink mailbox was activated yesterday and today the email worked for the football lottery password.</p>
