Terrible GPA high SAT

Freshman year has been a very horrible year for me. I got an average of 2.5 gpa in the two semester and also earned a D+ in honors English 9. Even though I took summer school and received an A, it was not replaced because there was no honor English in summer school. Anyways I did really good sophomore year and decent junior year but my GPA is still only 3.24. I have taken 5 Weighted courses hp till junior year and will take 3-4 more my senior year. My sat is 2160 but will retake one more time hoping to get 2250 ish.
I want to major in computer science and my main college choices are almost th uc's (Davis irvine sd sb). I am also very interred in calpoly slo and am thinking of doing ED there. Is my chances of getting into theses colleges really low and what other options should I start to think of to apply for. And what can I do to gain a better chance of getting accepted.

I believe UC do not count freshmen grades.

As the other poster suggested, the UCs do not count freshman grades. However, they do have heavy emphasis on GPA in general, and if your sophomore+junior grades aren’t much better than 3.24, you’ll have tough chances even with high SATs.
