Terrible GPA, solid test scores... Can I get into college?

So basically I had some learning issues freshmen year that took well into sophomore year to figure out. I'm a senior now and I'm very nervous i wont get into any college! Soo I was wondering if you guys could let me know of anywhere I could go with these grades:

Freshman year avg: 72
Sophomore year avg: 80
Junior year avg: 85
Senior year looking good so far, hoping for at least 90 =P

Test scores:
ACT:29 (took without any prep)
SAT: 2080 (re-taking... scored 2200+ on two practice tests after tutoring)

Pretty good extra curriculars...

I also go to a very difficult high school, which the guidance counselors talk about all the time. I was looking at some schools in the south like University of Alabama, Mississippi, Rollins in Florida, and University of Utah. Do I have a chance at any of those? Any suggestions of colleges that may accept me? I'm soo scared I will end up in community college, because I know I'm intelligent enough to go to a DECENT four year university...

THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR REPLIES!

dont worry, youll definitely make it into a decent 4 year college
While I dont know any of your EC’s your grades show an upward trend and your test scores are solid for the schools youre applying to.
Definitely make a note in your application about your learning issues freshman and sophomore year. youre definitely more than community college status as the colleges your applying to will see that.

thanks for the reply!

What state are you in and what can your family afford?

money isn’t a a problem and I am in connecticut

All of those colleges will probably accept you.
