What college can I get into?!?! PLEASE HELP!

<p>Hey guys, I live in Connecticut, I did horrible in freshmen and half of sophomore year, here are my grades:</p>

<p>Freshmen Year:</p>

<p>1st semester- 2.7 gpa
2sd semester- 2.5 gpa</p>

<p>Sophmore year:</p>

<p>1st semester- 2.3 gpa
2sd semster- 4.0 gpa</p>

<p>Junior year:
1st semester- 4.0
2sd semester- 4.0</p>

<p>And i will get a 4.0 GPA senior year</p>

<p>I took only 3 honors and 1 AP classes. </p>

<p>I messed up freshmen & sophomore, because of Depression
What school can I get into?</p>

<p>There is no way to tell unless you mention your total cumulative unweighted GPA, class rank and SAT score.</p>

<p>What are you actually looking for in a college? Big, small? Close or far away? Any idea of your possible major? What can your family afford for tuition?</p>

<p>Some colleges don’t even consider freshman grades. Almost all look for an upward trend, which you’ve definitely shown. You’re not in as bad a spot as you think you are, especially if you get decent SATs.</p>

<p>You need to get more than 1800 on the SAT to have a chance at Connecticut…</p>

<p>Senior year grades don’t matter…You did not mentioned your CUMULATIVE Unweighted GPA…not just GPA for one semester…your average combined GPA until now…ask your counselor. My guess would be around 3.2 so if you pull at 1800 on the SAT, then you will have some chance…</p>
