I am not sure if it's text anxiety but something weird is happening... This year I don't want to go to school on days when we have tests - i freak out and think I wont do well. this has never happened to me in the previous years. And also before important tests (like Math analysis ones lol) I feel horrible and literally shake the day of the test...
Has it ever happened to you? what can i do?

Realize that here, a single test won't determine your future (SAT doesn't even really, you can retake). A test in school will rarely have a big effect on your yrlong average and even dropping a grade in one subject isn't a big deal at all. Or maybe it's just my senioritis speaking.

lol pianista - i already have. is there such thing as "junior-itis"? cause i'm doing horrible this semester(

totally had that last yr too ;) but do realize that you have to keep a general standard jr yr b/c college do care and whatnot. though i can't say my sr grades have really been up to that standard much :P

Have a special test day ritual. Get up a little earlier (which sucks initially, but gets you moving faster and you won't feel so sluggish) and make breakfast. Eggs, a smoothie, pancakes, whatever. Or go to iHop or Starbucks with friends before class. It'll make you feel like tests are almost a good thing, or at the very least, that they're bearable. My mom always makes me yogurt/granola/blueberry parfait things on the mornings of my final exams, and as dorky as it is, I love it.

Honestly I've never had test anxiety before a school subject test. I've studied the material, I know it cold, and I'm not letting this test get the better of me. I can understand your situation though. Everyone wants to do well on tests and the pressure can get to you.

I think the only time I've been nervous before a test was my junior PSAT. I kinda got freaked out over the whole "one shot hit or miss" deal.
