so my friend recently got in to A&M and we have almost the exact same credentials except she applied for college of science and i went liberal arts.

she also applied a week later than me.

does this mean they have already reviewed my application and put it aside? or do they concentrate on the admissions of the college of science before the college of liberal arts?

i have a 27 ACT
and an 1880 SAT with a 1270 composite
ive talked to admissions counselors who have said im a very strong applicant and so now im just wondering.

You cannot assume anything Your file may not even have been reviewed yet. That you applied earlier does not establish order of review particularly since you are applying to a different college (each college reviews its own apps). Moreover, did you in fact have a “completed” file earlier? Just because you sent app earlier does not determine issue. File needs to be complete before it will be sent to anyone to be reviewed and that means it needs your transcript and test scores so do you know whether yours got there first?.

yes mine got there first im almost positive, but mu second set of higher test scores may have come in a bit late.
im just scared that they reviewed my file without my good test scores and set it aside until they go over everyones again.
if room and board fill up before i get in then i cant be an aggie:(

when you apply to your choice of major like science, liberal arts, design, or gen. studies if you don’t get accepted to your first choice college are you automatically rejected or does the application go to your second choice major? does anyone know?
