So I think my gpa this fall term will be a 3.3 gpa.
I also got a W because I dropped a class, but its ok, since it was not a major prereq or a major prereq. Over this summer I got a 4.0, and in this last spring I got a 3.4 gpa.
My cumulative gpa will be a 3.2, but I AM in TAP for UCLA. My majors I put down were Anthropology and my alternate was lets say "Even less unimpacted" My counselors all told me that as long as I keep my gpa above a 3.2 I should be into the school becuz my major is not impacted. Plus TAP is a guarantee for nonimpacted. Why didnt others think of doing this?

TAP is helpful but it does NOT guarantee anything.

The average GPA admitted to Anthropology for UCLA was a 3.56. Good luck

@misc kind a agree with ur statement. Yeah the question is can you handle ucla? lol as far as i know it’s around 5x-8x harder than cc, but i had a friend who done it better at a UC than a cc lol. So you must get ur act together next fall.

I think you should be fine. How well did y write your personal statement?
I also applied as Antro major.

Because not every CCC has TAP with UCLA (e.g. San Joaquin Delta College).
