I got recommendations from most of my teachers (though I used only the best ones).
I still haven't applied to few of the colleges (regular decision) but I got my recommendations in October-end itself.</p>
<p>I do want to give them a thank-you note. But, when should I? Should I give it when the acceptances come in? Or should I have given it to them when they gave me the letters? Or should I give it now?</p>

<p>Write them thank you notes now. A small token gift is also OK. Once you decide where to attend, inform them (or even bring them a minor trinket/souvenir from your eventual college)</p>

<p>Yes, exactly. Our D wrote thank you notes right away and went around giving big hugs this week when acceptances arrived. You have already missed the “right away” option, but you should go ahead and write your notes now.</p>
