the 2nd yr's tuitions fee for out of state students?

will it be the same as first year or will it be considered as an instate price.
both for Purdue and UIUC.
thank you.

i really need to know this so please tell mee

Most states don't allow out of state college students to become residents for tuition purposes. Typically, one has to leave school, reside in the state and work full time for one year. Then you will be treated as a resident. Every state is different. The school administration usually knows how it is treated in their state.

yup, you have to be a resident of a state for at least one year. there are ways of proving you were a resident of the state. and living in a dorm wont cut it.
