A couple of questions...

What is the average gpa for those graduating from the B-school?

After reading some student review sites and what-not, many former students say Richmond suffers from grade deflation. ((http://www.**************.com/)these reviews were from around 2001)
Has Richmond changed in this regard, or does it still suffer from grade deflation?

Well thats all!
Thanks!
PS: I cant wait to be a spider next year!

I'm not so sure it's "grade deflation" per say, but rather your grade isn't inflated at UR. You earn your grades for better/worse. Some schools grade on a curve, so it's easier to have higher scores, whereas none of the professors I had did so. My group of friends were typically a 3.2 or a bit higher. I don't think there was a single senior with a cumulative 4.0 my year. As a matter of fact, I would probably say I was the lowest or one of the lowest GPAs out of everyone I knew but still landed an investment banking job.

From reading your previous posts, I would also suggest going to UR fully expecting to spend your four years there (I saw you were considering transferring to UVA). It'll make for a better experience. I also saw you play an amazing amount of tennis. Perhaps you should contact Coach Thorton to see about walking onto the team). I'm not sure what the scholarship situation is, but if you're good enough, perhaps it could translate into a partial scholarship to help take the sting off the tuition that you were concerned about. Even if you don't play for the team, I know they have club tennis that is fairly active.
