So, except UCs, Cal poly, and San jose state, which CSU has the best computer science program for bachelor’s degree? I also would like to know the job replacement of graduating from that university.
I am international and won’t be able to transfer to UCs, San jose, and Cal poly because of financial issue and my GPA at current community college isn’t that high.

Cal State East Bay has a very high job placement due to proximity to Silicon Valley.
What is your CCC GPA?
My GPA is around 3.3 and actually the main reason I won’t be able to transfer Cal Poly and San jose is because I took so many unnecessary classes other than computer science and will exceed the maximum units I can take at ccc if i try to fulfill their lower division requirements.
What about Sfsu? And also I guess most students majoring in CS at csu east bay go to graduate school right?
So you are saying those two are great?
You do not need a graduate degree to get a good paying CS job. My son plans on getting his BS at SDSU and work immediately after graduation. If he finds to advance into other areas related to CS, grad school is required, he will pursue it later after getting some job experience.

While CSU will count only 70 semester units (105 quarter units) of transfer credit from community colleges toward the 120 semester units (180 quarter units) needed to graduate, it should not prevent you from getting subject credit for all courses taken.
Berkeley…oops you said besides UCs. Sorry

(Sry, i don’t really know if this is the right way to reply to you)
Yeah, currently I have 71 semester units and guess we can’t take more than 80 semester units. Cuz that’s what I heard from my counselor…

Does your CC limit you to 80 units?
With a 3.3 transfer GPA, I"d look at Sac, Chico and maybe SF. All 3 are solid programs.
If you’re an international bcandidate who hopes to be employed by a US company, yes it will be extremely difficult even with a grad degree.
