the best phone carrier at iu

i got a letter from iu saying that i should get atnt, but many people tell me that atnt sucks. so i guess my question is should i get atnt?

For me, Verizon has been the best for nationwide coverage that also includes Bloomington--but I think other carriers have added Bloomington to their coverage since I signed up for Verizon two years ago.

(Verizon's connections have been very good--at least from Bloomington, IN to northern California--and you can add an extra phone for $10/month).

We also have the Verizon family plan, and our son gets excellent service there. He has been there for three years now and is happy with Verizon. I don't know anything about atnt.

This is why they recommend AT&T

I've lived in B-ton for awhile now. Verizon is okay, but since I"ve switched to ATT I've found it more reliable.

AT&T/Cingular by far!! I have NEVER had a problem on campus getting service...not once! All my friends agree that I get the best service out of everyone, and I'm the only one with Cingular.

ATT is the best. Verizon Wireless comes second. T-Mobile don't touch it. Its cheap but quality is horrendous. IU recommends ATT and offer discounts might as well go with ATT.

I had Verizon all 4 years at IU (03-07) and never had a problem with it. Stay away from T-Mobile, my friends who had it never had service!

Verizon or ATT. Everything else is sub-par.

Verizon is what I have and have never had a problem. Cingular is horrible on campus. ATT i'm not sure I don't know anyone who has it
