<p>I called UT and they said that international students will hear mid-April, i again called few days back and they said international students will hear along with the OOS Students and then i called on Friday and they said international students will hear starting of April. I was like what the **** ? </p>

<p>Your best bet would be to search this forum and look for others who found out from last year. As an external transfer there has been many different rumors on when I'll hear back too. </p>
<p>Doing a keyword search didn't really help me. I just went through the pages and looked at posts from around this time last year. </p>

No one is going to give you an exact date you will receive a decision. In state automatic admissions applicants have not all received their decisions yet , and the deadline for that is March 1. The last wave for domestic admits “may” come earlier, as it has done the last two years.
The website says, for international applicants, that decisions come out in Mid April. I would count on that as when you can first expect a decision. If they happen to send out decisions for international applicants earlier, all the better for you.
