The Fate of AP Freak

Oh did I say appeal letter...I meant more like another recommendation from the same teacher showing my "sheer" determination and resolve to get in and have the harvard experience. It gives even DEEPER insight into my persona and elaborates on past and new activities I have done along with me basically representing my school in the eyes of the community.

I am being published in one maybe two newspapers also. This is for my leadership and service in the BEta club although it focused more one what the BEta club as a whole has done....however my counselor rec (she is the club sponsor so yeah the rec was really good) gives me FULL credit for all our activites.

I am going to ask my original teachers to give updated recs providing insight to new activities and also my personal development and fortified will to WIN.

Basically, my teacher recs have and will continue to describe me as a person of unbeatable character.

apfreak you're screwed... im gonna feel so bad when you work your ass off and still get denied...
good luck!

apfreak--Sounds like you're on the right track. The determination is awesome, man, so I'm pulling for you come RD!

Well, unless you take my spot :p

hehe jk

ay, que lastima...

Say, when should EA defers submit new info (updated grades, r

I'm guessing you should send it around late January or early February. I guess you can call the admissions office for specific information.

Yeah, but WHEN should I call the admissions office? Is it too soon (after the decisions) to call now? Thanks for the other info!

-Jon :)

APFreak, just to help you, I thought I should mention that according to a reliable source (ie. alumnus with connections at the school), 2100 is the minimum SAT score you should get to have a solid chance.

Good luck. I admire your determination.

APFreak:
I wish you the best of luck but you really need to apply to a safety school. With your SAT scores you run the risk of not getting into any Ivy league schools. Thre are plenty of other good schools out there.
