Word has it that the new Plebe Class of 2010 has shown it's first attempt at establishing its own idenity late last night, as the ENTIRE class of plebes evaded the upperclassmen and officers and proceeded to TP the entire USMMA campus.

Rumor also has it that punishment was rendered on the grinder for the entire class ... it could be an ugly weekend and near future for this class!

My source tells me that the punishment was that they revoked approval for most of the other spirit missions planned for the rest of the night. And on top of that, they had to take down all the things they did like that, had to clean up the TP but there's a ton of it stuck in the trees way up high where you couldn't even get it out with a cherry picker.

to quote a source - "It's awesome... all the trees are still totally white."

estimates are that they used a solid 700 rolls of TP.

I was wondering when this was going to happen! First step in establishing identity and coming together as a unit. Well Done BZ to the Class of 2010

I hope the plebe parents aren't expecting any communication with their plebes any time soon, rumor has it that there is a possibility of returning to Indoc Conditions in the near future as punishment. They already received IT last night by commander Ragin ...must have been ugly.

Maybe they will be saved by the Ring Dance tomorrow night!

In an e-mail from my S last night he mentioned a spirit mission, I was wondering what that meant. Now I know. Wonder if there will still be any TP by the time parents weekend rolls around? I am sure it will be pointed out to us if there is.

I was kinda hoping that they'd crew over to CGA and paint all the rocks on the bank in KP's pretty colors. IT'd by Ragin? Oopsie. They might shoulda thunk that one thru a little better. Oh well. I'm sure even with not being able to use their arms today, they are still smiling (just to each other).

Turns out this is not as bad as it seems. This was an approved spirit mission but they went a little too far. :) Apparently TP was approved but "not every tree!" The chalk drawing of the ring is beautiful. My son said they were up until 0100 finishing it. He said that the upperclassmen who were on restriction were outside cheering them on saying that they should be recognized by Thanksgiving!
