Just really wondering can anyone list the order of difficulty to get in to each college/department in BU

All the colleges are pretty much the same. CGS is the easiest. UNI and the accelerated Medical Program are the hardest. everything else is pretty much equal

^^^ Yup. Right on.

Not exactly. The accelerated medical program is much more difficult to get into than any other program/school at BU. Over 500 apply each year, and <70 are accepted; some stats are avg. SAT (on the old 1600 scale): a 1500, avg. class rank: top 2%.

Ok...Acc Med and UNI are the top 2...What's the big difference between that and what was said?

CFA is more competitive in each of its three divisions than the larger colleges (CAS, COM, ENG, SAR). That is somewhat hard to prove because the admissions criteria are completely unrelated.

Agreed with Fiddle. CFA applicants apply to the university AND have to deal with an audition or portfolio review. Essentially TWO admissions instead of one.
