<p>Another thought; I am a rather trusting person. Given that, I don’t think we should dismiss VassarMom’s claim out of hand. She has posted in CC before and all her posts make sense. If anyone has an objection, speak up but if not then I I think I should add her to the list as ‘accepted’. Any response?</p>

<p>Where does it say that she got the call at 5:25 AM? She could have gotten the call the night before. I won’t add her to the list, but she seems like a very believable person (to me) for now.</p>
<p>I find it hard to believe netthreat because of ID caller, when Harvard calls it shows “Harvard University” and the 617 area code. I believe all of us would be aware of that.

<p>As to whether VassarMom is legit, I believe Plumazul’s post #1207 provides the best analysis. The odds of coming off both Harvard’s and Brown’s waitlist on the same day and being among the first to come off both of those waitlists seems remote to me.</p>
