<p>No, admission in RV is through ranks secured in the Karnataka CET and COMEDK exam, as well as through Management Quota. RVCE stands for Rashtreeya Vidyalaya College of Engineering.</p>

<p>Actually, India is participating, Techtronics or something like that was incharge of the thing. Might not have been comprehensive enough, this is the first time india is participating so there might not have been anything last year.</p>
