<p>Yea, I use “like” a lot. And tbh, I don’t think it matters very much, as long as one doesn’t use in formal writing, or when they’re trying to be convincing in speech.</p>
<p>I use “so” instead. Or “just.”</p>
<p>Saying like 219 times in 20 minutes isn’t a lot. That’s a little bit more than 10 likes a minute. Sounds pretty normal for American speech.</p>

<p>If you start to focus on other people saying it, it gets extremely annoying and you can’t stop thinking about it</p>
