<p>This forum is just to sound off on this good/bad topic, depending on what end of it you are on.</p>
<p>I agree… it’s especially unfair when I live in California and did not get ELC (top 4% of your class which guarantees you in at most campuses and triples your chances at Cal, UCLA, and UCSD) because I had the tougher English class. The other class got so many booster homework points that pushed most people to an A. Our grades were basically nothing but our tests and (strictly graded) papers. I got a B both semesters and it dropped me from what could have been a 4.18 to a 4.09… probably the most unfair thing that has happened to me and probably ruined my future.</p>
<p>Easier does not signify better.</p>
