^ Totally agree. That could mean absolute depression for the rest of the night, rockstar mentality for the rest of the year, and something that might equal suicide.

lol. I'm not looking forward to result day..

Neither am I... I just know the results are going to be awful.
Slaughter here I come.

26:17:14:20

i have a timer set for 5 pm March 31 as my homepage x-p

HAHAHAHAHAHA i'm not the only one i guess
26:15:22:01

^ That's so soon.

I'd rather enjoy my illusions of getting into Yale than having them crushed in a few weeks.

^ Me too. I actually woke up sweating this morning because I dreamt they'd e-mailed me a rejection letter early ):

Want to hear something funny?

I entered my classroom the other day and the only other person applying from my school practically jumped at me. It seemed that he really wanted me to know that Emma Watson (aka Hermione) had been accepted at Yale, so much, in fact, that he knocked me to the floor.

I found that quite humorous. :)

26 days, btw... :(

IndiaRubber - I dreamed the other day that I was accepted. That's even worse! Better to dream you won't get in and get it, than dream that you get in and don't get in ;-) lol
It would be best to just dream of fields of flowers and magical fairies, though :)

^ Heh. Or of swimming in a bath-tub full of brownies, cheesecake, apple pie, granola bars and peanut-butter.

(I'm on a diet - can you tell?)

I'm not sure I understand the Watson hype. I find her to be the personification of 'stale' - but I have already expressed my opinion on her several times... :P I really hope she doesn't go! One more spot open to us pure-bred muggles.

I agree with you on that ;-) the pureblood snobs ;-)

Just made a count-down for those who don't have one/are using the Harvard forum one:

MakeCountdowns.com - COUNTDOWN TO YALE DECISIONS!

^^^^ mine is NOT in sync with that hmmmm...

And yet, I'm fairly sure it's correct. :

it depends on ur timezone.
ur countdown doesnt eastern.

I would have made that my homepage
At last, someone would get into my PC and find out.
It is so secret that nobody should know.

I had a dream that my name was written on a HUGE rock with many other names.
WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME!
I would rather dream of chasing fairies. Everyday I think of this, EVERYDAY.

This thread is a great support group network. Love you guys.
I second a pure-blood muggle movement.

arggg mine is 6 hrs offf and IS in EST

hmmmmm..... i could just figure it out myself....nawww

oh well its about right :-S

(i love this support group too :) )

"This thread is a great support group network. Love you guys."

I concur. But what, may I ask, is a "muggle" movement?

^Ah, someone needs to brush up on their Harry Potter Trivia.... :) A "muggle" is a
non-magical human being in the Harry Potter Novels. The whole "movement" is in hopes that Emma Watson (who plays Herminone in the movies) doesn't go to yale.

^^Yeah we don't need any mudbloods at Yale.

Disclaimer: I am not a Harry Potter fan. The kids I used to baby-sit are, however. Hence, all irritating Pottersque terms have been provided to me via osmosis (because trivia is water and I am a semi-permeable membrane, albeit mostly figuratively).
