Oh yeah? Well when I was in fourth grade I was president of three clubs, I had won a gold medal at the Olympics, and I resurrected Ghandi. Oh, and I didn't just take the SAT...I was the CEO of the College Board.

:)

:)

colly were you demoted?

Pffft, I did all of that while still a morula (albeit not with Gandhi)!

Later on in my embryonic development, though, I synthesized an incredibly well supported ToE and developed a safe method of faster than light travel, all while discovering the secret to immortality.

Unfortunately, those idiot doctors flushed all of my findings out at my birth! Curse them!

No, Millhouse, I'm still the CEO. I can raise SAT scores with a snap of my fingers. Paypal me a million dollars and I can get you a 2390. The 2400 will cost you another seven and a half dollars.

Who is Ghandi? I am familiar with Gandhi, but not this other person you speak of.

^wrecked lol

Holy crap, Databox, I am a sophomore and your achievements make me feel bad about myself.... that's great though, good job! I'm a sophomore and I have a 4.0 WEIGHTED gpa and no SAT subject tests, no APs, no SAT, and no ACT under my belt. I have like 2 joke ECs and absolutely no awards. :(

^ At my school, you are not allowed to take AP's as a Sophomore, they will not allow you to register for the SAT, ACT, et cetera, and everything EC wise at my school is a joke, you have to go outside of the realms of the school to find decent opputunities.

Lol we need to get out the Bicker/Eating Club thread and resurrect that.

^ Agreed, that was a fun one to read, atlhough i don't believe I participated in it.

Baha, I did. Lol.

Technically, sophs at my school aren't "allowed" to take AP's, but my class was able to modify that rule :D
And thanks sqdwfe13, but really, you have about two years to do all that, I'm sure you'll do fine

This thread had me laughing so hard. Thanks for the comic relief, guys.

It seems to me like most of kids who post their stats don't exactly have perfect transcripts or ECs, yet many still get rated to the top colleges. If you don't believe me, see for yourself. I'm pretty sure I'm on the right track as long as I avoid being "arrogant."

umm im sorry but you should go dig a hole in your backyard and gracefully put the dirt back on yourself... unless you can build a machine to do it for you, you fail!

This thread makes me so depressed. Almost everyone here has amazing stats and ECs.
I guess people who don't achieve nearly as much (like me) are the lonely ones on CC.

^^^Bwahahahahaha, don't kid yourself! It's highly likely that in these scenarios only the most, well, "brilliant" who walk among us will come out and share their info.

I'm sure the overall mean on CC is far lower than the mean of those who post their stats...

Still. I had the Ivies on my list of possible choices but I'm not so sure now that I've seen stats like these. ;)
I think they are certainly brilliant, as long as they have awards to back themselves up. Are you implying that they are not actually prodigies but rather very hard workers?
