<p>@Transferdalv1 What major did you choose in UCB?
I’ve also got accepted to Physiological sciences at UCLA with 3.8 (no volunteering, some EC and part time job (my own website).
I’ve chosen Nutritional sciences - Physiology and metabolism at UCB, but I feel the major at UCLA is much stronger.</p>
<p>Does anyone know if there is a way to appeal for more financial aid? I received aid suitable to the state school I am currently attending, but as an out of state student I am required to pay a lot more. It is an absolute dream to be able to attend UCLA and I would hate to decline simply for financial reasons.</p>
<p>@ajama9, haha, thanks. Believe me, I’m full aware of the job market for philo majors. Taking the phD track and hoping to become a professor eventually. A bachelor’s degree in philo alone won’t really do much. </p>

Well yesterday it showed nothing for me
NOW! It shows they received my fin aid on 4/18/14 so i HOPE tomorrow there will be releases if this is false hope… That’s cruel and unusual punishment lol</p>
