<p>I heard a day ago that I had gotten accepted into CAS. I also got accepted into American University, and it’s honestly a fairly contentious decision (with me leaning towards GWU).</p>

<p>Just got my admissions packet for Elliot today. Now to wait for financial aid… </p>
<p>A word to the wise: I applied as a transfer for this past Spring but didn’t get my financial aid packet until it was too late to get housing, etc in place. My advice to anyone applying for financial aid would be to call and verify that everything is in, as online it had shown I had all the paperwork completed. </p>

<p>Still waiting here… I guess I am “Under Review” again since they did not receive my Official College Report until May 12th… The dreaded wait, all over again.</p>

<p>yes you can log into your gw account and click on application status check and I also got my official acceptance in the mail on saturday</p>

<p>Does anyone know when we get to pick housing? I still haven’t gotten my acceptance packet despite being accepted well over a week ago online (I guess it has to do with financial aid?). Anyone have any ideas? What is in the acceptance packet?</p>
<p>my acceptance packet had a letter from the dean of undergrad admissions. letter from the dean of ccas, the declaration of intent to fill out and return and then a sheet that shows what my classes would transfer as. I didn’t get anything about financial aid.</p>

<p>I’m still waiting for a reply; granted my school didn’t send the college officials report. Don’t freak out that you haven’t heard. They have 3 rounds of admissions so if you’re still waiting its not necessairly a bad thing. Good luck!</p>

<p>Hey, I’m applying for transfer for Spring 2009 this Fall.</p>
<p>I have a 4.0 GPA and am involved in several co-curricular activities such as newspaper, law society, and the university honors program. Though my high school grades leave something to be desired at 3.4</p>
<p>For those of you who got in, what were your qualifications and gpas? And for everyone, do you feel like your high school grades made an impact when it came to your decision?</p>
