<p>11:23, the exact time I submitted my final application. But now I hear that it is possible to send your applications ON THE DEADLINE DATE. ****, I thought that my application was like major last minute. It should have been one for the record books. </p>

1 due on the 2nd. still need 1 more supplement question.

<p>also, oh god, i sent my SAT scores yesterday and did not do rush reporting. apparently one of my schools (rice) required the SAT scores to be “due by” the 31st (today). what does that even mean? are the scores electronically “post-marked”? is this something i should legit be worried about right now?</p>

<p>I’m almost exactly in the same position as you except I only have 3 due today - but I’ve got 4 Qs left! And Wellesley required SAT scores on the 31st as well (even though their application is due on the freaking 15th!) so I sent them on the 30th and I hope they don’t mind.</p>

<p>Yeah…not exactly last minute…but I just clicked send for all my (Due on the first) applications and all my supplements (all 8 colleges) and literally just sent my ACT and SAT scores and I just realized that the fee waivers I have here, I have to send by mail (whereas a second ago, I thought I could fax them…) so…yeah…freaking out a bit. But at least I finished all the essays about an hour ago =) That’s good, right? Oh, yeah, heh, and I just realized I forgot to send my transcript to one of the schools. Greeeeeeeeaaaaaat… Well, this has been a pleasant experience!!! Anyone think they’ll accept the transcript a few weeks late??? lol, I doubt it… =D</p>

<p>Just started working on my common and supplement essays for Cornell, Northwestern, Carnegie Mellon, and Case Western. Yep ■■■. </p>
<p>I wish I hadn’t gotten into the decent schools I applied for early (because they had no essays) so I could’ve had motivation to write these essays.</p>

<p>MIT essays: HALFWAY THERE. =[ Not to mention one of the Princeton ones, but that’s going to overlap heavily with an MIT. And I have some trivia to come up with. And then there’s Cornell. And then there’s Columbia.</p>
<p>Haha, I’m another one of those people who got in early at one of my top choices and are therefore suffering ridiculous premature senioritis.</p>
<p>i just find this thread and read some of the posts from last year’s jan 09 procrastinators. i can relate to them so much ahaha :D</p>
<p>anyways i was freaking out about the january 1 deadline thinking they meant midnight, but several people told me i still have today so i’m finishing those up

<p>A WORD OF ADVICE</p>
<p>CommonApp (or any college application website for that matter) supposedly gets really laggy during the final hours of the deadline. I’ve heard of people missing their deadlines because the website was running slow. </p>
<p>SO SEND YOUR APPS OUT AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE if you don’t want to a potentially slow website messing things up.</p>
