Seriously guys, chill. If you electronically submitted an acceptance and deposit, they will not void it if the hard copy contract arrives a day or 2 late.
@YoungThriver I THINK i finished the enrollment process but we havent gotten a confirmation email so i’m extremely nervous. Did you get one?
@ffsophiar Do you mean the online enrollment process or do you just mean the “say yes” part + enrollment deposit?
@wilsonmago well are you able to do the enrollment process and all the rest online or did we have to mail a contract?
@ffsophiar we have done everything online. After 2nd parent signed online enrollment agreement, an email was sent to the 2nd parent telling BOTH parents “Thank you for completing your Phillips Academy online Enrollment Agreement. Please remember to log into your FACTS account to fully complete the enrollment process.” Then you will need to login to FACTS to choose the payment option.

@ffsophiar We got one titled “Matriculation to Phillips Academy” which basically provided some instructions on how to officially matriculate, after saying yes.
No confirmation email for me, but it’s Choate, soo no emails ever…

@YoungThriver Yes, going to China for 2 weeks. My school district has 20 scholarships to give out and I was selected as one of the recipients. What about you?

I’m just doing some test prep and chilling with my cousins. I’m also trying to get rid of some of my lazy habits so that I may at least survive my first few weeks at BS.
I’m going to Choate’s 5-week summer program and taking an online Intro to Business class, plus I applied for a lab position under a local dev. psychology professor, on top of work, so I don’t think this summer will be very relaxing. It’s okay, though! I’m also thinking of skimming through the Calc AB textbook I inherited from my sister.
My parents despise traveling, so I guess it’s three months in my bedroom with the lights and fan on for me. Oh, and lots of piano. And I have to learn life skills now, i’ve never even been in public alone before. i’m suprised i’m allowed to go to be honest

@YoungThriver Thanks! It’s really exciting, we’ll be living in dorms, so I’ll still get a BS experience, lol. I wish I could just chill, but I’ve got so much going on this summer, some fun and some not so fun. I’m sure you’ll do great at BS!
i’ve got a lot of studying to do over the summer, so i’ve got nothing too exciting planned… but shopping for clothes/dorm stuff should be fun!
