No, comic and return to topic was in the same question. The purpose of the passage I think was to reflect on something or maybe I am confusing passages?

No, @nausherwan96. The answer was xy-1.

Are you sure @kiwieagle? If then, I think I chose the comic thing because I’m positive I chose that for something (it’s just I don’t know if it is for the passage you are talking about) Also, I think that the purpose of the passage was something about like reflect back on experience in order to talk about… something about the brain remembering things? (I don’t really remember, actually… but I THINK it was that? Idk)

@apandsatsandapps Are you talking bout the “Calypso flower” vs “guy trying to feel nature but failing” passage comparisons?
I think there was one question in there which was like "What does the narrator convey when he says “The only thing I felt was my fingers moulding into a block of frozen flesh”? One of the answers had something to do with humour or comic - ness I dont remember . Was this what you meant? gack haha everything is such a vague fuzz now

i remember putting “using the previous quote in a humorous way” for the calypso flower question

Maybe it was that haha I don’t remember any reading questions! How do you guys think the curve will be?

Isn’t the Calypso flower section experimental?

‘to wear’ was wrong

Hello guys i’m a senior student and this was the last SAT 1 test I could take.
So I’m wondering if you guys can guess my score … i’m dying … i have to get 2300+ this time.

I got 4 wrong on CR, 1 omit on Math, perfect score on Writing

could I get 2300+ for these?

I’m desperate… please leave me some comments…

@raechoe Wait how do you know already?? But if that’s true, then that’s definitely a 2300+!

no. the newtonian reality one was experimental.

@raechoe I think youll be able to score over 2300 probably a 2300~2340 range depending on the essay but not sure i am worried about the reading curves also

Ugh, I really hated the closeness in answer with the orchard text, but I do firmly believe that it was a "comic’’ return, because of its abrupt curtness after a long complex explanation of memory…
[Vivid recollection of memory with orchards/bat] , [Long and complex analysis of memory physiology] , “Alrrriight, now back to the orchard!”
I’m pretty sure the “comical” response also included something with returning too. It seemed like a more appriopriate answer to me =o

About the calypso flower, yeah, the author used the previous quote humorously, saying his fingers were the only cold things wrapping together.

@AGoodFloridian Isn’t that one return the discussion back to a previous topic? It digressed to “pain” and using that sentence on the next paragraph returned the discussion back to memories

i chose returning back to the previous topic for that one.
anyone knows the answer for the writing question that goes like “representatives approached (someone) and requested that he published pamphlet on (~~something)” ? i chose “he published” but not sure…

Oh wait @GLPDickson maybe you’re right…

and for the photographer passage, what did you guys choose for the question about the woman’s taking picture of the poor, adapting her skills she used when taking picture of the rich? options i remember are: playing two instruments equally well and movie reviewer something.

for another question i believe i chose approval (not sure) it was about some photographers who regard photography as a means for social reform. how would they react to the woman’s photograph.

for math, what did you guys chose for the question about weights of barrels? weight of the barrels were 12000kg, number of barrel being 6 or 7 times of something

I put movie reviewer that one was hard x.x, and I put she considered it untenable on another one.

@conficollege its “he published” cuz it has to be “he publish” instead

i got 2000 kg for tat math q

and for the reading q i think i got “sth employing signature style” dont know the rest of the sent though
