Transferring to UCLA after 2 years of CCC... Planned on pursuing and making a career out of the sport in which I was involved, and therefore took primarily "easy A" courses. I applied to UCLA as an Anthro B.A. major- interesting and enjoyable- which was originally all I sought from it. However, now that my previous career plans have blown up in my face, I am left desperately trying (struggling) to put together a back-up plan... So options:

I only have to take 5 more anthro classes to complete the minor for UCLA... I love philosophy and have taken a couple classes, but I think I only want to major in it if I can double major in something econ-ish or a science.. (Double major in Anth and Phil seems too humanities-ish?) However the poli-sci/business/econ stuff is so impacted + no prereqs done. I have taken only what math is required to transfer- so probably not enough time to take required math before taking upper division classes in some science discipline. Oops.

Any comments/suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Maybe there is someone else out there in a similar position?
