<p>i'm wondering when the deadline for this is. the email doesn't say anything about it and i think it's probably too late since the RD deadline is January 15. if anyone could help i would really appreciate it!!</p>

<p>Yes, the deadline is January 15th. Since the application is pretty simple, and a personal statement is the only supplement, you shouldn’t have any problems getting it in by the deadline.</p>
