I don’t think we can really say the site is accurate or not because the decisions are yes and no categorical, but the probability is pretty much continuous

^ I agree, either you are accepted or not

What’s that image link above for?

It’s just a picture of a mychances screencap showing a 0% chance for MIT
Not anything sketchy :P

And true that about the probabilities; there really isn’t a good way to determine the accuracy of that site. But it is handy that they pool statistics of people who have gotten into the colleges in the past, so at least you can know where you stand.

shouldn’t there be a prepare yourself for acceptance one too … what if you have a heart attack on getting accepted :P

… then you should ask someone who knows CPR around u when u read the result

that site says I have a 55.4% chance of getting into CIT after being waitlisted… oh and my chances at MIT went from 18.3% to 63.7% after I was waitlisted at Caltech… lol ok…

@Canary: no way, I’ll keep my imaginary tube :P

Feux, did you not read the part where it said I would force you to? Hahahaha you have no choice here
I’m going to drive to NJ and jack your imaginary tube. WATCH YOUR BACK.

This thread was prophetic. Keep your heads up!!! getting into MIT is not the end all, be all!!! Some of you guys are AMAZING applicants who will have wonderful acceptances by April 1st!
