does anyone know how much the san diego insurance is, if we don't have our own insurance?

I was billed $290 and subtracted. So $290 probably.

290 per quarter. So if you waive it for the entire year you save over 700

for those who’ve filled out the SHIP waiver:

Would i put Oakland (norcal) or San Diego for the location of my primary-care physician? because they say you need a Kaiser within 100 miles of campus, which Oakland is not. i don’t want my waiver rejected, but then if I answer the question honestly, i’m not meeting one of the criteria. thanks.

I have Kaiser too. I am from San Francisco.
I called Kaiser and a got new South California Kaiser number.
So my primary doctor stays in San Francisco Kaiser and I can go to him anytime I am in SF. But when I get sick I will call the San Diego Kaiser for an apointment.
No extra fee. When you have Kaiser you can go to any Kaiser.
I applied for a Fee Waiver last Friday and I am waiting for aproval.
However on my Financial statement I can see that I got credit.
