I've been living in the apartments on campus for a while now, but I'm wondering how The Village is for housing? Is it a single floor building or multiple floor building? Anything from how far away of a walk it is from campus (mins?), whether it has problems with bugs or insects, etc.

<p>The Village is in the Lower Quarry (the giant hole in the Great Meadow off to your right as you drive up past East Remote Parking). It’s permanent trailers, single story. </p>
<p>It’s on campus, but you have to walk up out of a giant hole to get to class.</p>

<p>I’ve played with the cows! What’s “Moo Cow”?</p>
<p>Moo Cow (also known as Hey Cow) is the Santa Cruz equivalent of cow tipping. You and a group of friends stand at the fence near a herd and yell “Moo cow” or “Hey cow” (or simply “mooooooooooo”) and the first person to get a cow to look at them gets a point. You play to a predetermined number of points or until the herd wanders away.</p>
<p>You can play this from a speeding car on hwy 5 as well (ah, road trips to SoCal), but it’s hard to give points as it’s hard to tell if any cows looked once you’ve driven past them. ;P</p>
<p>Yeah!!! Those cows ****ing rule!!
