So i applied early action to stanford, just wondering what you guys think of my chances:
I go to a well-rated public high school, near 4.0 unweighted gpa (closer to 4 than 3.9)
SAT: 780 V 800 M
SAT II's: 760 math2c 800 writing 790 chemistry
ACT: 35
ap's: us history, european history, bc calc and macro economics all 5's... taking bio and comp gov't as a senior.

EC's: Summer job, varsity ski team captain, little bit of volunteering, varsity debate, nat'l merit semifinalist, french honors society, treasurer in my synagogue youth group, and a couple random awards.

Also, what are my chances at like harvard, northwestern, columbia, tufts, or berkely?

Your chances at Harvard, Columbia, Tufts, etc are bad because you are already accepted into Stanford. I'm assuming you will here from Stanford first since you applied early action, and then cancel you other applications after hearing the good news. I know you don't have to cancel with EA, but Stanford must be your first choice.

Hey, guess what? I got into Madison! I'm happy, it was a safety for me but still-i got into at least one engineering school. Derek, relax you're a smart boy-you know that. btw you need to keep posting on this forum, otherwise you end up on the 6th page and no one replies to you. See you Monday, yesterday was fun. :)

c'mon, cc-ers, you know im not a shoe-in. If anyone could tell me what they think my chances are at stanford, and some of the other schools i listed, that would be just dandy, haha
