<p>So I know there is a certificate program in Theatre, but what is the theatre community like at Princeton? I'm very involved in theatre in my hometown, and I want to continue it in college, without the hassle of grades!</p>
<p>I’m not involved with theatre at all, but from what I’ve seen there are a ton of plays going on, but it can be hard to get a role as they generally have super small casts. However, my friends who wanted to get involved in theatre freshmen year were all able to, although one had a frustrating couple of months when she kept auditioning and didn’t get any parts. There are also a lot of ongoing things you can get involved with - theatre intime, triangle, PUP, Princeton Shakespeare Company, etc. There’s even a french theatre group!</p>
