Could anyone tell me about Ithaca's theatre school?

Dear Theatrenerd,
I am fairly new and there’s a lot to say that’s probably beyond me, so I will steer you to the best threads. On the main discussion boards go to the “Majors” discussions and check out the “Musical Theater” and “Theatre/Drama” threads. Use the search button typing in “Ithaca” and see what comes up. There are lots of discussions among students, parents and knowledgeable people in theatre and education that include Ithaca. Another good way is to go right to the source at [Ithaca College, Ithaca, NY](http://www.ithaca.edu) Check our the academics page; look under the humanities dept. and in that category you’ll see all the various degrees offered in drama & musical theatre. According to the Ruggs Book which ranks schools according to major and selectivity, Ithaca is rated as a very selective school for this type of major, and they absolutely do require auditions for admission. Good luck with your research!
