They didn't mention anything about FA in my acceptance letters!

I was so happy when I received my acceptance letters. But when I realized that those schools didn't mention about my FA (I did apply for FA and sent FA request before deadline), I was a little bit panic.
Do schools include their confirmation about your FA on the acceptance letters? Or they will talk about it w you later?

Schools will confirm in the packages/mail they send. I’m a little worried too, I can’t go to Exeter if I don’t get enough aid!

I was told that I would receive information about it the same day. I’ve only received one acceptance yet(1 waitlist, 1 rejection, 3 N/A) so I don’t have anything to compare it too but it wasn’t included in my letter. BUT I know that they tell you ahead if you didn’t get aid even though you qualify (FA waitlist) and they’re still gonna accept you. So if you haven’t gotten such a phone call/email you can assume rather accurately that you either didn’t qualify or aid or that you got it.

So I guess I have to wait for a couple of days. Hehe :)

Markalex1: I wish the best of luck to you. Did you apply to any other schools?
Choralpartia: I’m just curious: What school have you been accepted to? What school rejected you? And I hope you the best of luck for your 3 other schools!! :D

FA is often sent to parents only.

markalex: If Exeter accepted you, they’ll give you enough aid. Don’t worry. It will come in that shiny scarlet folder in a day or two. Congratulations!

Classicalmama and hotformat, thank you very much! I’m so excited! I applied to 8 bs’s in total (not including local school). I live in the midwest, so I haven’t received any letters yet. So far I’ve heard from exeter (acceptance), Lawrenceville (waitlist), Choate (FA waitlist), and sps (rejection). I still have to hear from deerfield, andover, groton, and hotchkiss. I imagine I didn’t get into andover though because most people have received their acceptance already.
