Hey, I’m a freshman at Middlebury and I currently have a GPA of 3.78(provided it is ranked one of the most rigorous schools). I also realized that Midd doesn’t have a lot of opportunities for learning Business. A place like Wharton would be much better looking at the fact that I already have ideas I would want to execute with a good business plan and the network I would establish there. Also, the school has more courses related to my interests. My SATs are 1930. Would it be better for me to wait for another year or apply after freshman year. Also, I’m not a US citizen.
You should definitely apply this year instead of next (better chance at being accepted). Just make sure you have the prerequisites complete (intro micro, intro macro, and a calculus course equivalent to AP Calc BC).
