<p>I'm a senior right now. Back when it was application time, I didn't really check out CMU at all... but now, I really like it! I know, SO LATE. Just wondering if this has ever happened in the history of the universe: a senior applying like, NOW, and going to that college. LONG SHOT, but just asking :]</p>
<p>Well, I was in a similar situation you're in now back in late February/early March. I felt that I applied to the wrong schools and that I missed all the schools I discovered that I liked by then. The thing is, you can call the school and ask them if they are considering anyone else, but the reality is, they'll probably tell you that the first place they will go for additional students is the wait list. I mean, I guess you can try now, but most likely it'll be a no :(.</p>
<p>thanks juliet_capulet. i figured the chances were slim to none. Maybe i will give them a call and see what they say... which i looked into CMU more earlier! Never thought of pittsburgh as a place where i could go to school (CA), but it's definitely a lot more appealing now...</p>
<p>i don't think u can apply now lol...this might happen if its some crappy college, desparately waiting for students; however, this is CMU. i'd say its not goin' to happen</p>
<p>I agree. Probably not going to happen. But if it makes you feel better, that happens to a lot of people. I regret not applying to Case Western. I thought it would be too nerdy but it turns out I likely could have recieved a really good scholarship.</p>
