Gruber's or RocketReview?

...for the SAT.

Gruber's or RocketReview?

...for the SAT.

RocketReview...

Gruber is just confusing and frustrating. Go with the Official College Board book (aka Blue Book) or 11 Princeton practice exams. Definitely helpful.

I forgot to include that I already have the Blue Book...so in addition to that which one?

any other opinions?

Barrons the one with the 2400

haha I was also looking at that! I don't knowwwwwwwwwwww...

the CB Blue Book for sure...

RocketReview
Gruber's
Barron's 2400
Princeton Review
SparkNotes
Kaplan
Dummies
UpYourScore

...all seem legit...and I'm going to be a sucker for all of em ;[

These books are only like $15. I dont see how reading a book can hurt you. If anything, it will only help.

...I don't know where you're coming from lol

I said I might end up buying all of them, meaning I don't care for the money ("only like $15") and I don't mind reading them ("I don't see how reading a book can hurt you").

Grubers and Barrons if you're aimimg for a 'high' (at least 2100) score.
PR for extra practice or if youre aiming for around 1900-2000

kaplan's questions don't really 'match' w/ SAT ones. kaplan vocab is really good though.
i don't think dummies, in general, is good for any SAT.

RocketReview helped me the most. ANd of course the Blue Book.

And sushifureak... Dummies was very helpful in getting me a 790 for the USH subject test [but that was after I had studied for the AP test with AMSCO and PR and Barron's flash cards].

So RocketReview and BlueBook??

ahhhhhhhhhhh I'm back and forth...

RocketReview :D that's the only book i've used though, so i may be a bit biased.

Thanksss

Okay I was thinking Gruber's and the Blue Book but I've OFFICIALLY decided (finally ;]) that I'm going to go with RocketReview and the Blue Book woooo!

My only concerns with RocketReview are that:
1) the site is down, and has been?
2) the book is dated...2-3 years dated

OmniProctor alone on RocketReview is worth it. I accidentally left it running in my room once, and my sister walked by hearing all the grunts and stuff and was a little creeped out...

gruber's.........

I think I'm going to go with Rocket Review and if anything, I'll buy the Gruber's guide later on this year when the newest edition comes out.

Any ideas as to why the Rocket Review website isn't working or why the book hasn't been updated in almost three years?

...regardless, I purchased RocketReview...and I'm actually excited to start prepping ;]

^ god happy to prep? ughh you freaking nerds!

I love studying and I love school. I love to read and i love to learn. I love to stay home everyday and read read read my textbooks for everrrrrrr.
